Mobile Drop – GH11

The mobile drop has been specially developed for mobile use.It is a semi automatic and fully integrated system for measuring contact angles and surface free energies on samples of virtually any size. Its low weight, operation with a notebook and simple handling mean that the instrument is a flexible and reliable partner for quality assurance, both in the lab and on-site. It is mobile stand-alone contact angle measuring instrument with measuring head for one-hand operation.

The simple operation and rapid measurement makes mobile drop particulary well-suited to quality assurrance and process optimization, for example in the cleaning, pre-treatment and coating of materials.

Bubble Pressure Tensiometer

The Bubble Pressure Tensiometer from KRUSS helps to characterize the surfactants efficiency as never before. This instrument is used to get information about wetting and drop formation in rapid processes.It measures dynamic surface tension with high accuracy.

BP100 measures the behavior of a surfactant over a wide speed range as part of a single, fully automatic measuring process. This enables you to find out how quickly a surfactant acts and when the required surface tension has been reached.BP100 is also suitable for checking the surfactant content of cleaning or galvanic baths. The dynamic surface tension responds particularly sensitively to changes in the surfactant content in the concentration range of such baths, thus enabling these changes to be reliably determined.

 

Processor Tensiometer

 The Tensiometer K11 from KRÜSS is a fully automatic stand-alone instrument with touch screen operation for quality control measurements of the surface and interfacial tension and also able to determine the density of liquids. Measuring density with  K11 saves the trouble of carrying out external measurements.

Touch panel software manages the measuring results in a transparent structure. The touch panel also has a vast working memory which makes convenient and fast access to a very large number of storable measurements.

 

Surface Tensiometer

It is the specialist for quality control-everywhere that surfactants are used and for measuring surface and inter facial tension of liquids using the Wilhelmy Plate or the Du Noüy Ring method. In addition, it is able to determine the density of liquids.

The motorized sample stage can be manually as well it is driven smoothly by an electric motor for quick measurement. It can be powered by rechargeable batteries, so it is suitable for flexible use as a portable stand-alone instrument.

It is available as the manual standard version K20S and the semi-automatic instrument K20.
